Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
